Another painting inspired by certain kinds of electronic music such as the mellotron, especially the way Rick Wakeman of Yes used to play it.
There's certain kinds of music that when I hear it reminds me of being in some kind of fantastic water garden.
Examples such as parts of "Close to the Edge" and "Awaken" by Yes, as well as music by others, puts me in that state.
At the same time, I like my imagery to have a certain familiarity to it- almost as if you could see a place like this in your own backyard, so to speak.
