"Autumn Harvest" by Tolkyes "Autumn Harvest" by Tolkyes
Oil on canvas. 18"x24".

The mother crow has 'harvested' a small snake to feed to her young, while pumpkins have been harvested by the local farmers who are also stacking hay to feed their livestock.
Some luminorphs are out and about but the farmers pay little heed to them for the country folk in this province are used to their presence.

It's rather late for a somewhat Halloween-themed painting, I guess but even though it's Nov. 11, there are a few neighbors of mine who still haven't taken their Halloween decorations down yet. Plus, here in Florida it's just now getting cool.

It gets cool sometimes, even kind of cold here in Florida but not very often. In a perfect world I would like there to be Autumn colors and snow every Christmas. Then after January it would warm up to the 60's or low 70's.
It would only get warm or borderline hot in late Summer.
Plus, I would prefer it if Florida was hillier with a few mountains and ancient stone ruins here and there.
Of course, that's a complete fantasy world.
